The fennel/anise honey is collected from the sublime beautiful areas of Northern Evia with its singular, rich wetlands & ancient mountains, enchanting areas included in the NATURA 2000 network.

This is an extremely rare honey, with augmented health benefits and incredible flavor tones of fennel/anise, oak & wild herbs.

The "therapeutical" honey of Bee Naturalles, with its characteristic "almost medicinal" aftertaste, has participated in pioneering research by Greek Universities regarding the documentation of the healthy characteristics of Greek Honey with exceptional health benefits, as in general issues with all Greek Honeys!

Despite its rarity, it carries a heavy history as it comes from the farming/beekeeping habits of the Greek refugees of Asia Minor who, after being expelled, arrived in their Greek mother homeland, carrying all their culinary and cultural wealth!
